The Site presents independent property intelligence services for buyers interested in real estate in the Algarve region of Portugal. Reports and opinions delivered through the Site are independent professional opinions based on available information, official data, client-provided documents, local research, AI-assisted analysis and professional judgement.
Reports are intended to support buyer decision-making. They do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, engineering advice, a structural survey, a certified valuation, a judicial expert report or a guarantee of any kind.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You shall not attempt to disrupt the Site, reverse engineer its components, scrape content in bulk or use it for any purpose contrary to applicable law.
